Patrak est un squelette qui passe ses journées accroché dans le cabinet d’un médecin généraliste. Le soir venu, il monte sur la scène stand-up du « MDR Comedy Club » pour amuser les morts avec les petits soucis de santé des vivants.

Patrak is a skeleton who spends his days hanging in a general practitioners office. When night falls, he steps onto the stand-up stage for the “MDR Comedy Club,” where he entertains the dead with the trifling health concerns of the living.
